工作职责：

Responsibilities:
1. Be responsible for Data Management (DM) operational tasks include but not limit to DMP (DM Plan), CRF (Case Report Form) design, CRF completion guideline, edit check specification, data cleaning, medical coding, SAE (Serious Adverse Event) reconciliation etc. with or without guidance from senior members in clinical trials.
2. Collaborate with DM manager, DM team member and study team member.
3. May lead DM operational team in large study.
4. Compliance with GCP, regulations, company and/or sponsor SOPs. Ensure inspection readiness.

任职资格：

Requirements:
1. Years of DM experience or fresh graduate showing high potential.
2. Education: Bachelor or Master Degree in Medicine, Pharmacology, Statistics, Mathematics and other medical or data management related majors.
3. Logical thinking.
4. Good at communication, learning, with a proactive attitude.
5. Familiar with MS office.
6. Good in Oral and writing English
