Set up equipment for employee use, performing proper installation of operating systems, and appropriate software
为员工配置办公设备,完成操作系统及各类应用软件的规范安装部署
Provide technical assistance and support for issues related to operating systems, applications and hardware
针对操作系统、办公软件及硬件设备相关故障问题,提供专业技术协助与运维支持
Access rights and permissions management
负责系统账号权限、数据访问权限的日常配置、变更与管控
Co-operating with suppliers and keeping IT stock in orde
r对接各类 IT 设备供应商,统筹管理机房及办公 IT 物料库存,保障账物规整
Working with assets evidence and keeping it up to date
维护IT 资产台账与凭证信息,定期更新资产状态,确保数据准确无误
Cooperation with 2nd line of support in terms of troubleshooting of existing issues or new solutions implementations配合二线技术支持团队,协同排查复杂现存故障,协助落地各类新 IT 解决方案
Other tasks assigned by the line manager
完成直属上级安排的其他日常运维相关工作任务
任职资格:
任职资格
大学专科以上学历;
Windows域环境下工作经验1年以上(包括实习经验);
熟练安装Windows操作系统和域环境下的软件安装;
有英语阅读能力或者Helpdesk工作经验者优先。
