
工作职责:
- Achieve sales forecast and related performance metrics.
- Maintain existing Sponsor relationships and develop sales leads within account base.
- Engaged in customer facing selling activities to include sales calls, bid defense meetings, telephone prospecting and proposal development activities.
- Submit a timely individual Monthly Sales Report to the Director of BD
- Build relationships with key decision-makers at targeted Cornerstone and Key Sponsors and maintain a high level of understanding of the decision making process within all major Sponsors.
- Communicate regularly with clinical project teams in order to secure the potential for repeat business and maximize opportunities for feedback
- Design, implement and execute strategic account plans.
- Support and negotiate contracts, CDA and Master Service Agreements.
- Act as Company representative and be primary contact for Sponsors.
- Prepare and conduct Sponsor presentations (general capabilities and bid defense presentations).
- Generate an annual sales forecast for respective territory.
- Work within budgetary guidelines as established by the Director of Sales or VP Business Dev and CEO.
任职资格:
o Degree in Biomedical, Sciences, Business or related
o At least 6 years experience with business background in the CRO or pharmaceutical industry and with experience on regulation or clinical development or Data management or service outsourcing.
o Familiar with process of Drug and Medical device development and Clinical trial.
o Good communication skills and must be fluent in both written and spoken in Japanese or English.
o Good team player with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
o Must be a self-starter and able to function in a high-paced, dynamic environment
o Excellent computer skills and proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
o Able to work under pressure and under challenging timelines when required
o Able to travel when required
